Low Code Marketing Tracker

Example system using Microsoft Power Apps frontend with multiple Microsoft Lists (Sharepoint) backend to provide an efficient way of capturing and tracking disposal MI for use on client calls.

Project Summary

Purpose:

  • Agency team log offers received in the app, rather than on a spreadsheet
  • App ensures structured and validated inputs ie that all data is present and in the correct format
  • Data is saved to underlying Sharepoint Lists (which could be combined and shared with the client) 

Tech:

  • Power Apps Canvas App (desktop version, but mobile version could be developed)
  • Microsoft Lists (Sharepoint) to store the data
  • Optional Power Automate flows could be included to notify people when changes are made

Benefits:

  • Deal and offer data is simple, consistent and structured
  • Underlying property lists can be imported from a central source
  • Enables clear and accurate deal information for client updates

Create a clear and simple tracker app for use when updating client on progress. Displays accurate, concise, and customisable data.

This project demonstrates a combination of technical and business process knowledge to improve service delivery in a cost effective manner.
